Where the price actually goes
A tool is cheap or expensive for reasons you can measure. Here are the ones that matter, without the marketing layer.
Forging dies made in house
The die decides the grain flow in a forged wrench, and the grain flow decides where it breaks. HAZET cuts its own dies at Plant 1 in Remscheid, so a change to a jaw radius is a decision made by the people who own the machine, not a request sent to a supplier.
HiPer ratchets
A standard fine tooth ratchet gets a small swing angle by using many small teeth, and small teeth strip under load. The HiPer tooth design uses fewer, larger teeth with a different engagement geometry to get a small swing angle without giving up strength.
In practice that means you can work in a 4 degree gap next to a subframe and still put real force through the tool.
Torque accuracy
Mechanical torque wrenches in the 5122 series are held to plus or minus 3 percent of the set value and ship with a calibration certificate and a serial number. The scale is laser marked rather than printed, so it stays readable after years of oily hands.

Trolleys built as load bearing structures
A tool trolley is a structural part, not a box. The Assistent 179N carries 30 kg per drawer, 540 kg dynamic and 1,000 kg static, on four 125 mm castors of which two brake. Drawers are self closing and the central lock has a replaceable lateral cylinder.
Inspection, and spare parts as a design constraint
Every tool has a spare parts list. That sounds like an after sales feature, but it changes the design: a ratchet is drawn so that the mechanism can be replaced, which is only worth engineering if you intend the tool to outlive the first failure.
