This policy explains what happens to data when you visit hazet.world. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who is responsible
The controller for this site is HAZET-WERK Hermann Zerver GmbH & Co. KG, Gueldenwerther Bahnhofstrasse 25-29, 42857 Remscheid, Germany. For any question about your data, write to info@hazet.de.
2. What this site stores on your device
One item: your answer to the cookie notice. It is kept in your browser's local storage so the notice does not appear on every page. It contains a choice and a timestamp, no identifier, and it never leaves your device.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross site tracking.
3. Server logs
Like any web server, the hosting provider records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, time, the file requested, the referring page and your browser identification. These logs exist to operate and secure the site and are kept for a short period, then deleted or shortened so they no longer identify you.
4. When you write to us
If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to answer it. We keep the correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry and any legal retention period, then delete it.
5. Links to the shop and other services
Buttons on this site lead to the HAZET shop and to third party sites. Once you are there, that operator's privacy policy applies. We do not control and are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.
6. Legal basis

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
To clear the consent record, delete site data for hazet.world in your browser settings. The notice will appear again on your next visit.
8. Changes
If the site changes in a way that affects data, this policy is updated and the date at the top changes with it. There is no version of this policy that quietly does more than it says.
